About Elevate IDT
ElevateIDT is a global instructional design and digital learning consultancy helping organisations transform how people learn at work. We specialise in designing learning experiences that go beyond information delivery — creating purposeful, engaging learning that drives genuine behaviour change, skill development, and measurable impact.
ElevateIDT was founded by Carren Beukes, an Instructional Design and Digital Learning Consultant whose work sits at the intersection of learning science, human-centred design, and real-world application. With a Master of Science in Digital Education, a MicroMasters in Instructional Design & Technology, and a Certificate in Higher Education Teaching from Harvard, Carren brings both academic rigour and practical expertise to every project.
Her background spans classroom teaching, instructional design consulting, academic research, and corporate learning environments — giving ElevateIDT a grounded, holistic perspective on how people learn, work, and change.
